SQL has existed since 1970. Surely this is absurd namespace pollution?
Calling a program sql is somewhere in a spectrum between calling
a program www and calling a program server. No point in that
spectrum makes much sense.

This is becoming absurd. No program I have written, or have anything to
do with, prints nasty messages at a user who has the temerity to try to
talk to it via stdin. Certianly nothing in moreutils behaves this way.
2 minutes in the code would show you that this has nothing to do with

I have had to make ikiwiki-hosting conflict with parallel because even
with --tollef enabled by default, it fails to behave the same as
moreutils parallel does. Taking the first example from the man page:

Here's how you hang emacs:

switch away from the emacsclient buffer, back to the *shell* buffer
hit `C-c C-z' to suspend emacsclien

Hi.
I first submitted this bug and the 674664 one to the package
aptitude-doc which is non-existant. I thought that was the name of the
source package for the documentation.
I then reassigned them both to the aptitude package.
Sorry I don't know how to reassign them to the source package, but I

Hi Clint,
Building posh with DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=nostrip still results in a stripped
binary, debian/rules calls strip unconditionally.

I think it's illustrative of the upstream for GNU parallel that
- It includes a /usr/bin/sql program, which is the best example of
namespace pollution I have ever thought of.
- It has a completely absurd number of options including gems such as
--skip-first-line (because tail is too hard?),
