Hi,
I just stumbled across the same problem: Creating a package which
creates a system user and then gives this user ownership of a directory.
Currently this is not possible as the user is created in the postinst
script at the very last point.
The logical approach would be:
- create the

Dear maintainer,
I still can reproduce the behavior reported originally on latest version
1:5.3-1. I get (to my untrained eye) the same error on a close line.
Again, downgrading to version 1:4.13-1 makes it work using the same book
and the same CSV file.

The man page of python3-config does not document the `--embed` argument,
needed since python3.8 to embed python in an application.
See https://docs.python.org/3.8/whatsnew/3.8.html
The doc is also missing in the 3.11and 3.12 versions, and probably

I think the solution here is to mark some of the autopkgtests as
broken. The dependency loop is only there if you take dev-dependencies
into account and those are mostly optional to package. I can make an
attempt on packaging them.
