I got the same problem on bullseye. the package was upgraded from 17.0.9+9-1~deb11u1 to 17.0.10+7-1~deb11u1 on the 6th of february (with unattended-upgrades). It broke my jenkins instance because it could not fetch git repo anymore. Downgrading to 17.0.7+7-1~deb11u1 solve the problem. #
