pmix tests are failing because of an openmpi bug , but its no longer due
to pmix.
Ditto, ucx errors that caused the failure are fixed in openmpi-4.1.0-6.

Investigating locally this fails because numpy does not yet support python3.10.
Some form of tracking is needed as I think multiple packages are in this
situation, and the ben tracker in transitions.debian.org is incomplete.
