While the file conflict was solved by renaming the nova binary in simh,
python-novaclient still needs to ensure that it does not get installed
along a simh package before the rename (as could happen during partial
upgrades from squeeze to wheezy).

The file conflict was fixed by renaming the file in mailavenger, but
dovecot-common still needs to ensure that it doesn't get installed along
a mailavenger that predates the rename.
