In the initial bug report, you can see that /etc/default/nfs-kernel-server has
RPCNFSDPRIORITY=-10
But I don't think that has the intended effect, because all the nfsd processes
have a priority of 0, not -10.
I tried a local path to implement ionice-ness.
Added to

Once can already specify nice-ness through RPCNFSDPRIORITY which sets
the --nicelevel parameter of start-stop-daemon.
But I want to also specify the ionice-ness and start-stop-daemon already
supports that through the --iosched
That is an amazing turn around time, thank you :)

Kernel 5.10 has entered unstable and that caused f.e. bug #978025, which
didn't happen with 5.9. Apparently there are more problems with it as
https://github.com/raspberrypi/linux/ has changed the default branch
back from 5.10.x to
Package: shellcheck
Version: 0.7.1-1
Severity: wishlist
Currently there are 138 to the 'master' branch since the 0.7.1 release.
I asked upstream for a new (official) release so that could be part of
the Bullseye release, but so far without succes.

It maybe useful to try a 5.9.x kernel as well, to properly rule out the kernel
as the source of the issues. Difference between -6 and -7

Package: kontact
Version: 4:21.04.1-1
Severity: important
I'm filing it against kontact, but kmail is maybe more appropriate.
However with kontact I could generate a stacktrace, which failed with
kmail, so therefor I chose kontact. Feel free to reassign.
In 'Local Folder' I have a Mail-Achive
I have now 'finally' gotten the error 'I was looking for':
