Whilst unofficial backports may still be useful for jessie, this
doesn't benefit from the package being in sid.

Hi,
Further to #859129, please consider this additional patch which refers
to a possible workaround for local issues, and freshly-minted upstream
documentation for developers on the topic.
Index: en/issues.dbk
Package: request-tracker4
Severity: important
Version: 4.4.1-3
Following the changes to use /etc/request-tracker4/RT_SiteConfig.d,
file permissions were not handled automatically when requested, breaking
out of the box installs.
A patch is forthcoming.

the rule:
ifplugin Mail::SpamAssassin::Plugin::DNSEval

eval:check_rbl('brbl-lastexternal','bb.barracudacentral.org')
As reported in https://lists.debian.org/debian-user/2016/03/msg01091.html,
the default configuration now sends out cronspam once every four hours.
It can be disabled with
si_dbs=""
in /etc/clamav-unofficial-sigs.conf.d/local.conf

With the upload of RT 4.4 to unstable, this separate package is
obsoleted - RT 4.4 includes the SLA functionality out of the box. As
such, rt-extension-sla should not be released with stretch.

In fact, the failure is not caused by irc-hybrid directly, but because
of this bug in openssl:

As of 2.3-1 the Debian package of lurker unfortunately started
violating the FHS, because it moved its HTML generation output to

After the changes in libgnupg-interface-perl and the fixes to the test
suite in 4.2.13-3 (see #839580), we are no longer testing this
functionality effectively. We should probably revert no_gpg_hardcoding.diff
