since apache 2.4 the additional configuration directive SSLCARevocationCheck is
required to get certificate revocation list (CRL) checking for client

the init.d script shipped with dnsdist hangs at startup. The process
started by the script will not be daemonized (detached from shell) and
remains in foreground. The script will never finish.
