I am a ldap and libnss-ldap user.
I just installed a fresh system last saturday and it seems to that the
/lib/init/rw directory is not created during libnss-ldap package
installation, so that the fix doesn't work. I had to create this
directory by hand to make my system start normaly.
Testing, but I can't give the output of uname -a because I'm on an
another machine.

I also experience a similar problem. I did a dist-upgrade yesterday
without a problem and this morning dist-upgrade fails with unmet
