Hello again Jean-Michel,
i'd really like to have samples.
That said, i've been able to reproduce a similar problem using version 13.0.0.

Hello Ulrich,
M3U support has been added in CVS.
So your feature request will be included in the incoming 14.0.0 version.
Thanks,

Hello Paul,
have you tested with version 13.0.0?
It seems to work perfectly with 13.0.0...
I've tried using a sample at:

Your problem is only related to outputing sound, right?
(To the sox ML, do you have anything to suggest?)
It looks that way. A few tests haven't shown any other problem.
But I'm not very common with sox, because I use it normally only as

yes it is there. make works fine, onyl make dist doesn't work.
Hello Wolfgang,
could you attach the full log of make dist please?

It looks like sox misses some file formats.

Hello Paul,
Thanks for your report.
I confirm the bug and confirm that it's also present in 14.0.0 .
I've opened a bug in the sourceforge tracker.

Hello Kyler,
AMR is in use by many mobile phones (such as my T68i). When
a memo (sound recording) is uploaded, it arrives as an AMR file.
Although current upstream code (CVS) automatically builds the format
plugin if it's detected, I'm afraid I can't even include support for
amr-wb or amr-nb
Hello Martijn,
I'd like to see sox support for the 2, 2.6 and 4-bit ADPCM .VOC file formats
(I have a few files to convert).
Are you able to provide either of these? :
- a pointer to code implementing it that is license-compatible with SoX;
- a pointer to specs.
Regards,

Hello Patricio,
based on http://filext.com/file-extension/act, this is an ADPCM
compressed file format.
Perhaps it's already supported by SoX...
Could you please provide a sample?
thanks,
