created by the postinst maintainer script of the slapd package), thus the

I'll add a SIGNALS section with the next upload, thanks for your
suggestion; the package doesn't ship a logrotate script because in the
default configuration dovecot doesn't use dedicated log files.

For this reason, I'm marking this bug report as wontfix until upstream will
include a feature that allows us to use the include statement in all cases
or we find another way to support the conf.d directory.
