Since upgrading to libgtk2.0-0 vrs 2.23.3-2 I have the same problem; just
double clicking on the address bar triggers the segmentation fault
I attached the backtrace, even in almost identical to Arnaud's

Same problem here. I just updated to 0.9.31-1, but still i I can only save in
gif, jpeg, png and pnm formats. PDF does not work with any compression format

I recently upgraded to KDE SC 4.4.3 from sid along with knetworkmanager
(I didn'thave this package before) and comic and weather plasmoid
stopped working.
As soon as I deinstalled network-manager the problem was gone.
I can consistently reproduce the problem:
- clean install, KDE SC 4.4.3,
repos

I made some more tests, and i found out that OOO-calc 1:3.1.1~ooo310m13 opens
csv files correctly without error or crashes, while xls files crashes calc too

I had the same problem.
Solved reinstalling all the Qt4 / PyQT4 stack and lib6 package (this is most
likely to blame)
Seems like some sort of corrupted package or error during upgrading, i don't
know
