Version: 1.2.1-7.5
Bug 193047 added net-tools as a dependency for libslp1, to provide the
netstat command. However, this seems to be insufficient. On my build
server running sbuild:

Since this is happening at the preconfiguration stage, rather than
configuration proper, it's insufficient to make net-tools a plain
dependency. Will it fix the bug to make net-tools a pre-dependency?
