vifm I would like to add my comments to this bug report.
First of all, you're talking about very old version. Experimental
branch of Debian contains more up-to-date version (0.7.4a). See

The concept / idea is cool indeed. I like very much hjkl , but but to
move
it is kinda dangerous to loose data.
However, I would say that you should really add the following,

f2 : rename
shitf f2 rename
