Package: debian-installer Version: 20150422+deb8u1
Debian installer stops at 33% when formatting a drive. I tried it with both a KDE Live ISO and a netinst iso, (albeit both on the same USB drive) and both hung up on 33% when formatting a disk. I did do a wipefs on the disk but that didn't solve the issue. I formatted it in another distro, and mkfs.ext4 did work. I checked the integrity of the USB stick in the installer, and it said that the disk was fine. Alt+F4 logs don't really show anything. I tried googling it and there was a bug in an old release (See: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=767682),and I wiped the disk clean as suggested but that did not work either. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
