Dear maintainer,

I've prepared an NMU for pcp (versioned as 5.2.2-1.1) and
uploaded it to DELAYED/4. Please feel free to tell me if I
should delay it longer.

I have tested this fix on i386 and the contents of the
pcp-pmda-infiniband package look plausible.

However, note that I have partially reverted a change in the last
upload to add architecture constraints to the libibumad-dev and
libibmad-dev build-deps. They were causing the build-failure and
I couldn't see why they were needed. But please let me know if this
wasn't the right fix.

Note also that this is one of the last blockers for the perl
5.32 transition which is ongoing, so any early confirmation (so that
I can reschedule the NMU) or a source-only maintainer upload would be
welcome. (In the latter case, please note that I did not touch the
d/control regeneration script in my NMU, and also note that the upload
must be source-only in order to comply with the bullseye release policy[1]

Regards,
Dominic
