fixes mentioned (ie, upgrading to 4.3.10-10) do not seem to resolve it,
even with restarting apache (1.3.33-4).

basque language.
Here atached a tarball with the locale files and Ailas.pm (new file and a diif

I also note that since zope has not had a maintainer upload since 2003,
