0.23.10-10 skips the test_xnpy tests on s390x, hppa, powerpc, ppc64,
sparc64.
That just ignores the problem, enabling the package to build and get
tested by other packages on these arches. It doesn't fix the problem.

replace binutils's strings by grep in needrestart 3.6+.
Replacing the bintuils dependency by GNU grep lowers the total

I have just updated the gap-io package accordingly. All looks fine.
Meanwhile I have noticed that
/usr/lib/gap/sysinfo.gap and /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gap/sysinfo.gap
