FYI it's a weird thing in v8 : package libv8 has a patch to simply remove
that warning, still, all tests pass and everything seems all right.

There might be a problem with the GYP configuration : thumb=0
It should be 1 on armv4t (the armel target cpu).
However smulbb instruction is not used in SkMath, while in
SkBlitRow_opts_arm it is used and triggers this error, so adding
similar conditionals as the ones in SkMath might be necessary.
