There is a simple patch to fix this RC bug. Just add pkg-config to
Builds-Depends. If they don't have a time to upload it, I'm going to go
on with NMU.

I would like to confirm that the bug has been fix. The update of
kalarm (version 4:4.4.11.1+l10n-2) came yesterday morning, I've only
remember to test the bug today. I can now create new alarms and
configure kalarm without seeing it crash.

I also have this bug in my computer. When booting the system to GUI,
the gdm3 shows the input box, flashes for a few times, then shows
nothing. The system just hangs there. I have to go to text console to
kill gdm3.
