small update to the bug report.
The libc6-i386 package screwed up the transition by forgetting to
delete the /lib32 and /usr/lib32 in preinst. So on upgrades all files
remain under /emul/ia32-linux/ and the only thing that changes is the
way dpkg sees them.
So you don't need a Pre-Depends

current broken transition introduced in libc6-i386 2.9-14 and to do it
right in 2.9-18. So far only fakeroot, gnu-efi and gcc-4.4 have
uploaded a new version placing files in /usr/lib32 while all the

Missing build-dep on libncurses5-dev in debian/control.
This seems to be satisfied by the fact that libsdl1.2-dev depends on
libncurses5-dev (indirectly)... Any comments on

I just successfully build ktoons on m68k, much to my surprise.
It looks like the curlprit for the FTBFS on most archs is
libqt4-dev. M68k still has version 4.1.4-1.1 and there it build fines.
I suggest you test build this with both the old and new QT version and
