Jari, Your NMU libtommath 0.39-3.1 looks to have caused a new FTBFS bug, #562349. Remember that it is an NMUer's job to keep an eye on NMU'd packages after making an upload. (Subscribing to the package's PTS is a good idea.) As far as I can tell, your removing some packages from Build-Depends has caused this, and this bug is essentially the same as this one: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=474413, which was documented in the package's changelog.
