- update.d/md_sync_flag: autoset raid-method for partitions with raid
flag and no method instead of unsetting the raid flag. Thanks to

- templates: remove partman-md/text/method
- choose_method/md/choices: use partman/method_long/raid instead of
partman-md/text/method
- choose_method/md/do_option: do not create a `format' file in the
partition directory. Thanks to Martin Michlmayr, closes: #248062
