There is some encoding default when parsing the BTS [1] while parsing
the mailing list is fine [2]. (I also added a link fix as advised by
brother- on IRC and another charset fix on pseudo-url.html).

documentation available in three languages. The i18n team would like to
help providing those documentation

translation on April 21 with the following header:

I'm not sure that handling translators tracking is better suited
more time to do so. The documentation is also
translatable (and already available in German and French), but it may
