qmake-qt4 fails miserably on HPPA architectures; the attached
(dummy) project compiles perfectly well on an AMD64 box (and, I
believe, on many other arches), but on HPPA

Lots of kde applications wont be immediatly kde4 compliant/integrated when
kde4 will be out.
Will there be a kind of kde3.5.x package on wich some users would stay before
their favorites apps become kde4?
There is alredy such system, for example with python (python2.3, python2.4,...
