I'm not able to compile KDevelop4 with Debian Testing (workaround below)
Here is a complete CMakeList.txt to reproduce the issue.

I ran into this as well upon dist-upgrade.
My current workaround was to remove python4-kde package and all its
dependents.
Not sure if this bug should be reassigned to that pkg.
Anyway, plasma seems working fine now.

Just upgraded now on my wheezy machine,
the only two packges needed from sid were libattr1 and lib acl1
and the only one removew was libetp1
After that everything rocks!!
