I forgot to mention one additional thing. After qt is upgraded to
5.12, the sddm login screen hints at a problem. If I move the mouse
cursor around, especially crossing over the buttons and text entries,
the screen very briefly flashes to another image. The login screen
remains functional,

Dear Maintainer,
I had not rebooted my Deiban/testing system since mid-October. When I
did, my KDE session was unustable. After entering my password into
sddm, the screen began flashing wildly with my restored session
windows

Hi,
is there a reason that Debian's distribution package is *not* using the build

Hi,
I am here on Debian/testing AMD64.
The KDE file selection dialog when running Firefox-ESR with
"GTK_USE_PORTAL=1" does not work properly with SaveFile.
For example when I want to save a PDF from a website the original
filename is not offered/displayed in the SaveFile-Dialog-Box.
