I use it in the same way the regular uic-qt4 is used: you call it at

so i tried to install libqt3c102-mt whith is not available. However there
is something like libqt3-mt

configuring the kernel difficult. Is there a work around that would allow me
to load the libqt3-mt-dev libraries (or equivalent) so I avoid the headache
of reverting back to make menuconfig?
Yes. Install libqt3-mt-dev and its dependencies from the testing
distribution.
