zstd: PATENTS application to copyright

Hi there, I cannot find any older thread discussing zstd being in the main section of Debian, so I am raising the subject just for later reference. Could someone please confirm this is acceptable for main, in particular the section: "The license granted hereunder will terminate, ", see below
