This seems to be correct IFF the helper is ONLY called by the other
routine.
I could use a little guidence with the finalizing of my debian-ization. I
have a PGP key signed by another Debian developer, and I wish to upload
the key to a key server, but the documentation does not appear to be on
the debian ftp site as the instructions said. I am anxious to get the
packages
