Hi,
I'm currently the Maintainer of libfile-temp-perl which as of perl 5.6.1 is
included in the main Perl distribution. As the package is now redundant
should I file a bug against ftp.debian.org asking for it's removal.
Thanks

Hi!
Lintian warns me about that I should add --section to install-info and
points me to check for a good section in /usr/share/info/dir, but that
directory doesn't exist on my system... The install-info doesn't
recomment any valid sections either... Is there any canonical list?

Cool, but be aware that this is a process that takes some time. You won't
be able to decide to join today and start uploading packages tomorrow. It
will take several months at least to become a fully

I didn't find it, so I took the change to build my first package.
You can find the files here:

Is there a debian mailing list specifically for sys_adm type of stuff? Most
of my questions will be in this area.
Thanks for your interest in Debian.
I downloaded your files but they aren't lintian compliant and seem to be
corrupted. Could you correct this ?

Hello,
Apologies for asking again, but can anyone upload a package for me?
The package is ncftp (version 2: 3.0.3-1) which is a new upstream
release of ncftp (previous version 3.0.2 is already in unstable).
I recently adopted the package.
Lintian gives no errors, and AFAIK it works OK.
