This bug does not occur with Evolution, so is in my opinion a problem
with icedove. It is the MUA's responsibility to create temporary copies
of files which it does not want to disappear.

URE_BOOTSTRAP variable before
running python. The alternative is to check for and set this variable in
uno.py, which will cover most use cases transparently - I'm halfway
through writing this patch.
