Package: debian-policy

Hi,
I really like the idea of documenting special things about a source
package in debian/README.source. However, I think that section 4.14
could be improved a lot.
First, section 4.14 should list things that one does not need to
describe in

During Manoj's policy talk at DebConf8, Gerfried opened the subject
of the policy's stand on relative and absolute symlinks, which
currently is absolute if going through top-level, relative
otherwise.

Quite some times I experienced them to be more pain than gain, too. It
