Hi!
I'm currently using xtel on my computer (called tintin) with xteld
running on my server (called milou). So, I need to set the serveur
option to milou.
The way to do that seems to be to use the X resource serveur. But I
don't consider this clean: the server used should depend on the machine
running the client, not on the machine where the client is displayed.
Currently, it does not work if I run xtel on tintin with the display on
milou.
So, I think there should better be an xtel system configuration file in
/etc/xtel (which should be overriden by a user configuration fine in
~/.xtel) that would be used to set the server parameter.

The xtel package has been removed from Debian so we are closing
the bugs that were still opened against it.
For more information about this package's removal, read
http://bugs.debian.org/474129 . That bug might give the reasons why
this package was removed, and suggestions of possible replacements.
