Dans mon assos on réalise un tableau sous forme de sondage dans dokuwiki. Si tu es intéressé je te renverrai la page ou j'ai fait le sondage sous forme d'heure/jour. Si vous utilisez déjà un wiki, c'est une solution simple à mettre en place.
