However, there is no new kernel 6.5.0-*-bpo released at that time, so my
question:
Problem was, /etc/ca-certificates.conf was not regenerated, even with
apt install --reinstall -o
Dpkg::Options::="--force-confask,confnew,confmiss" ca-certificates
