Looks like the system is doing it's thing, but fails to actually power down the hardware. This could indicate some ACPI problems. You could search for ACPI related problems with your mainboard. Also a BIOS update might help. It started happening after a kernel upgrade. Before that everything

At first, sorry for my English. When i 'halt' my computer it freezes after 'Power down' message in FrameBuffer console. RC-levels works properly. After that: - stopping md-devices; - lvm devices - system try to switch ACPI-level. Helps only hardware power-off. P. S. 'reboot' works properly.
