I'm very happy to see that this bug has been fixed, but contrary to
what this email says this package has _not_ been installed in the ftp
archieves yet. I have look at ftp.debian.org, and various other
places. If this is not the canonical site, what is?

I think you drop th'WRENCH in the JELL-O as if it was a FLAVOR
When I type emacs in the shell, it starts emacs19, rather than emacs20.
If I type emacs20 emacs 20.3 comes up, so I know that it's installed.
What's wrong? How do I fix it?
