I am a dialup internet user. While I was using SuSE, i had complete control
over sendmail. I used to run 'sendmail -q -v' to see the mails being sent
to my isp's server using smarthost.
Now, with exim, I run 'runq -v', and all exim says is a pid number, and exits.
How do I make exim more verbose,
I changed the permissions, added user to group audio, et al.
Now, when I use 'play file.wav' command, the file is played perfectly.
But 'mpg123 file.mp3' says no sample rate found, and gmix says no mixer
found. When i do 'cat file.mp3 /dev/dsp or /dev/audio', the speakers give
