Dave Thayer: N.B. this is for US letter size paper. Assuming that you are using european standard paper sizes in Sweden, you will need to look around for the corresponding medium commands for A4(?) paper. A4dj worked fine. And, yes, it's a DeskJet clone that I have, an Olivetti JP150W.
