I'm still seeing this behavior occasionally. But recently I'm made
another observation. During the time when no X clients can cannot I see
this:

I've got a segfault when i run kde 4.1 with opengl desktop effects.
Xrender rendering is working pretty fine.
I've got too a lot of screen flickering when running xrandr or related

Looks like a mesa bug.

based on the patch from Jari Aalto i tried to make an easier one...
Now _every_ argument is surrounded with and all in the argument is
escaped by an \ .
The eval will do the rest..

When the keycode for the e key is set so that AltGr modifies it's output,
holding AltGr and pressing the key just gives the letter e
instead of what it is set to (similarly for Shift-AltGr).
