I'm not sure why everyone just wants to throw RAM at the thing. Using 10 GB of memory with an unspecified number of active webmail users could be reasonable in some cases, and totally unreasonable in others. Certainly SmarterMail may have some leaking issues in IIS/.Net that memory won't do much
