There is an awful lot of spam from that domain and I filter it! Careful
though, I have found a few legitimate clients of ours that I had to white
list in order to receive their mail...
But, the spam has stopped! (At least from them)

spamdomains.txt file, can I use an entry like:

to block all mail
from Brazil or is that going to be too broad?

Declude Junkmail to check (VERIFY) that the sender exists?
i.e. Using the SMTP
VRFY command to check the validity of the sender. If the address is not valid,
toss the mail!
