I spoke with an Ipswitch customer service rep yesterday and he indicated that he was getting nothing but irate calls regarding the product changes. Apparently the word given to the company internally was this change is what our customers are asking for. I'm sure *some* customers have been vocal

If you haven't called yet to register concerns/complaints about the changes, please do so. Since the collaboration product uses Imail as a component, there is nothing irreversible in Ipswitch's current decision. If enough current customers call to let them know that are NOT in the group asking

The fine folks at Declude will offer whatever they think will sell, but I would prefer to see a standalone product that does just what Declude does now. No pop, imap, or webmail. Just a robust smtp service that integrates with their present products and allows me to reinject blocked mail if
