Using runtime packages is an all or nothing business. Though you may not
have checked vcl50, etc., for the application but they are still required
for the other runtime packages. I'm afraid it is not possible to do what
you have planned.

Try unticking the Build with runtime packages should produce what you want, so long as you are using most standard components.
I think it is a quirky trick the tick is a reversal of the way it reads...to me anyway
