There all keys can be switched at once.
I'm not sure if it will be a success if _all_ the short cuts that are to
be identified as from Excel, will be changed with one single switch ;)
But that point is certainly at table for discussion..

So that is not an approach to make additional stuff available to grab,
but - as I interpret it - the offering of various UI's. So in it's
simplest form: basic and advanced. Once click/setting will change the UI.
