Vincenzo, you are probably victim of the most irritating feature of
dpkg -l, it silently truncates the output strings. Use dpkg -l
libgnomeprint2.2-0 | cat or make a wide terminal window to see the
complete version string.

I observed a similar problem when I sticked two removable media (a usb hdd and
a usb-stick) into the usb ports.

I can confirm to this:
1) open Places-Computer
2) double-click any ntfs volume (several times, no result)
3) hit refresh (F5), volume shows mounted, and can now browse it.
my fstab NTFS volumes are as follows:
/dev/hda1/media/hda1ntfs
defaults,noauto,nls=utf8,umask=022,gid=46,user
After setting my ctrl-p combo for starting and stopping music the p key
did stop working, but after a reboot it works normally again, and the
ctrl-p still works for controlling my music.
