Thanks for trying to solve it! I'm now using Feisty, on which libsdl
etc. is working fine btw, so I can't check the apt-cache policy
libglib2.0-0 libglib2.0-dev libartsc0-dev anymore. I did edit
/etc/apt/sources.list a few times, so the explanation in the previous
post seems possible.

should add this description if it might help... the pdfs i was viewing
had 2 styles of fonts (serif, and monospaced for code samples). When I
highlight parts that I'm reading, the sections in monospaced font
reverted to a serif

The Mark all Read dialog is misleading: it actually *always* mark as
read -- either the current folder only, if you select ne pas marquer
comme lu, or the current folder and subfolders otherwise.
In other words: the dialog, if *either* option is selected, will mark as
read some emails.
Just a note: One my other Gusty machine, one with a Intel Pentium 4 640
instead of the AMD Athlon 1100+ I posted above, it has the same problem.
So if it helps, it doesn't look CPU related.

If you only want to upload these packages you can contact me. I can host them
for you on my server. But I don't know any good upload-service which accepts
any filetypes.
And for your IIS Server: Maybe it works when you package the files to a tar/zip
or simply rename them.

I was deleting a file in .xpi (ff extension) archive and adding a
substitute file in its place. The archive in question was mr tech local
install .xpi file. I'm a novice at deletion addition so there is
