Interestingly enough, I installed proftpd locally and it works fine.
First is the Ubuntu server, then the BSD one
I used the same daemon version for comparison purposes. No idea what the
difference in response is apart from the custom server name.
Still the Ubuntu one works, the BSD one does

The easiest way to fix the problem would simply be:
mv 104_cc-randr12-enable-i18n.patch 100_cc-randr12-enable-i18n.patch

Ok, so the Jamendo guy just told me that should be fixed and they added checks
before updating the XML file to avoid this kind of problem.
The Jamendo plugin actually works for me on Hardy.

The issue actually got worse since the latest updates (I mean in the last few
days). Now every Fn+Key input scale brightness by 4 levels.
Here is the updated lshal.log. Again, the log is the result of pressing once
Fn+Down and then pressing once Fn+Up in hardy up-to-date on my dell m1330.

I confirm this problem exactly to user Wilco Baan Hofman.
Nautilus stopped to work after the 8.04-alfa-3 release.
If I mount the shareres folders in the shell, nautilus work fine.
No problem to works on Debian unstable (sid) and Gutsy.
My shares served is debian 4.0r1 stable version.

printing to file or to a physical printer device.
