So here is the thing: after uninstalling the package
gstreamer0.10-pulseaudio totem and rhythmbox work fine without lags or
freezes.
Songbird still has problems when I'm connected to my router/local net
through wireless, but without internet connection. As soon as I switch

Brasero 0.9.1 breaking non-English systems
This was using the Basic mode. I just tested Advanced and Financial with
the same result. The problem seems to be that it doesn't print the
decimal point. Since you can do 3590 / 12 and then * 12 and get 3590
again it obviously has the right numers, it just presents them wrong.

I made a small patch to get rid of all traces of mini-commander in the
gnome-applets package when it is not built. If anyone knows of a valid
reason to keep the server file for a non-existent applet around please

Ok, but how do I know whether the problem occured and the valgrind log

On a windows pc, send a document created in WordPad to a linux user with

I just had a similar sounding problem on Hardy. I also had to close
evolution from a terminal. I seem to have fixed it (for me at least) by
starting it in offline mode from the terminal
$ evolution --offline
This was fine and when I then went online it synchronised fine as well.

This bug describes a problem with the glade-3 application itself, which
I haven't yet been able to track down. Bug 323228 describes a problem
with the applications *created with* glade-3, which I was able to find a
fix for. Bug 323228 has larger implications than this one, as it appears
to be the
Gnome's developer marked this as won't fix, they claim Gnome's window
manager is not Compiz, but metacity. So Ubuntu should change or provide
a new tool for taking screenshots since Ubuntu enables compiz by default
on capable hardware.
